The Prosecution Clinic is accepting applications for Summer 2025!  If you‘ve been looking to gain experience in the courtroom and acquire skills such as preparing opening statements, direct examination, cross-examination, and closing arguments, consider applying to the Prosecution Clinic!

Students enrolled in the Prosecution Clinic will prosecute both misdemeanor and felony cases in the Maricopa County and City Courts under the supervision of experienced attorneys as a Certified Limited Practice Student.  Students are responsible for a full range of trial-related tasks starting with minor trials and then moving on to more difficult cases as the semester progresses.  At the end of the semester, students may have the opportunity to participate in at least one jury trial.
