Indian Legal Clinic – ESTATE PLANNING accepting applications for Fall 2025 (6-week, 1-credit course)

The Indian Legal Clinic – Estate Planning is accepting rolling applications for Fall 2025.

Two sessions are available: Fall A (August 29–October 4) and Fall B (October 10–November 22). Each session is limited to eight students. 

Indian Legal Clinic – Estate Planning is a six-week, 1-credit course for students interested in representing Tribal members in the drafting and execution of Indian wills and health care powers of attorney. Paid travel is included at the end of the course for an estate planning clinic with a Tribal Nation to draft and execute estate planning documents for clients.
