The Community Table: An International Food Day

The Community Table: An International Food Day brings together student organizations from across the law school for a celebration of food, culture, and community. Participating organizations will share dishes representing different cuisines and traditions, inviting students and faculty to gather, try something new, and connect over a shared meal.

At its heart, The Community Table is about creating a welcoming space for everyone to come together. In keeping with this year’s Unity Week theme, “Our America,” The Community Table celebrates the diversity that shapes the American experience. America is made up of countless cultures, histories, traditions, and identities, and each contributes to the character of our broader community. By sharing food and gathering around the same table, we hope this event will reflect that richness, encourage meaningful connection, and remind us that our differences are not separate from our shared experience—they are part of what defines it.
