The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will no longer be holding oral arguments at ASU Law. Instead, the oral arguments will take place at the Sandra Day O’Connor Courthouse and will be open to a limited number of ASU Law students. This event is no longer required for 1Ls, and lunch will no longer be provided. Check with your professors about any rescheduled classes. The oral arguments will still take place on Tuesday, September 15 at 9:30 a.m.
