Visiting Professor Yuval Sinai will discuss the foundations of settlement and dispute resolution found in the biblical legal tradition. Professor Sinai is the Head of the Research Authority and Full Professor of Law at the Netanya College, Israel. He formerly served as President of Orot Israel College and is currently a Visiting Fellow at the ASU Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
