Graduate Student Government Organization Funding Info Meeting

Graduate Student Government (GSG)'s Graduate Student Organization (GSO) Outreach and Funding Committee is having an informational meeting on Wednesday, January 28th from 6:00 - 7:00 pm in the Memorial Union 240 (Navajo Room). The room can accommodate 30 people. If you would like to RSVP for attendance, please complete the form at the RSVP link (links.asu.edu/GSO-outreach). Please send only one representative from your GSO in-person, since the room is small. You may also indicate that you would like to attend virtually, as we will have Zoom capabilities. The first 30 people to RSVP for in-person will be invited to attend in-person. Everyone else can attend on Zoom. 

We will also record the meeting for anyone who cannot make it but would like to review what we discussed in the meeting at a later date. Please use the RSVP form to indicate that you would like to receive an email with the recording of the event.

There will be a representative from GSG present for questions about applying for event or operations funding (budget request) and a representative from the ASU Student Business Office to answer any questions you may have about the process post-GSG approval (purchase request and reimbursements).
