Applications are now open for ASU Law’s 2025-26 Sustainability Law Research Fellowships. As outlined on the attached application form, 2L and 3L JD students who are selected as Fellows enroll in the Sustainability Law Research Seminar for the entire academic year (one credit per semester) and are grouped into project pairs. Over eight months, Professor Rule guides these students through the process of producing publication-quality law journal articles on sustainability-oriented law and policy topics. All 39 articles produced through the Fellows program have been accepted for publication in non-ASU law journals. Fellows who complete the Fellowship also receive a $500 scholarship.
