Join us for a discussion on the future of antitrust law under the incoming administration. While antitrust policy has continued to evolve in response to rapidly changing markets, emerging technologies, and shifting political priorities, the core antitrust principles remain consistent across administrations. These core principles can be used to offer insight into what you can expect moving forward with key regulatory changes, enforcement strategies, and trends shaping the future of competition law.
Our distinguished speakers include Dave Gelfand, one of the country’s leading antitrust lawyers, Professor of Practice and the Sims Chair in Competition Law and Regulation at ASU Law, where he leads the Antitrust Law program; Gene Kimmelman, a nationally recognized expert in the law and economics of digital platforms, who has served as Deputy Associate Attorney General, Chief Counsel to the Antitrust Division, and Chief Counsel overseeing the Senate Antitrust Subcommittee; and Mark Leddy, a leader in antitrust law with over 50 years of experience who has played a critical role in many industry-transforming transactions and is internationally recognized as a leading antitrust litigator. Sheridan Phelan, current ASU Law Antitrust fellow (JD '25) will be moderating.
These experts will discuss the administration’s approach to antitrust and its implications for industries and practitioners. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights into the present and future of antitrust enforcement!
