Most disputes end when the parties walk away. Workplace disputes don’t, because everyone is back at their desk on Monday.
As part of Day 5 of ADR Week, Eddie Genna, who teaches Organizational and Workplace Dispute Resolution at ASU Law, closes ADR Week on Friday, Oct. 23. His session is about mediating conflict between people who still have to work together. HR leaders, employment attorneys, and managers, this one’s for you
In coordination with the American Bar Association's Mediation Week 2026, the Lodestar Dispute Resolution Center and Student Dispute Resolution Group (DRG) are hosting ASU Law ADR Week.
ADR Week will welcome experts in mediation, negotiation, and related fields to speak about ADR and the skills needed to be a successful professional. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a wide range of dispute resolution processes and techniques that assist parties in reaching agreements outside of litigation. Less than 10% of cases ever reach litigation, so settlement techniques are imperative to successfully represent your clients.
